You can change this in your printer profile section at astroprint.com. Open the advanced area.

yes, we did it and work fine, but this provide not a streamline of operation, which user don’t have doing thing wrong but the result is wrong, it’s just a small fix that make user got a better operation experience …

What do you mean? This is dependent on the printer profile so either the profile was wrong or you selected the wrong option.

Which printer profile was it? Was it custom or from our database ?

the steps we do from the brower :

  1. we create a new account
  2. upload a file and select print at the same time
  3. create a new custom profile and select gcode as the output format
  4. create a new material for the newly created profile
  5. select slicing and it generate x3g format instead of gcode
  6. need to go to printer profile to change gcode to x3g and save then change back from x3g to gcode
  7. then slice again
  8. it output correctly with gcode format file
