7" Touchscreen case

Hello all!
Just getting started down the Astroprint path and I’m considering the Rasberry PI 3 B+ and a 7" touchscreen. I’m sure my search skills are not top-notch, but I’m having trouble finding an STL to print that would house the PI and screen. I suppose I could try to design one, but I have other projects I would like to spend time on.
