Add Retract controls similar to babysteps and temps during print

Ultimately I will tune this in the slicer but I like to get a feel for what might work by looking at the print while it progresses… having these controls active without pausing the print would be handy…

If the AB can know what motions are retracts, which seems possible at least, then maybe it could adjust.

I also would like to see the functionality of the utilities page while printing. It would be good to be able to save the z-offset as well. Right now my printer is scratching the bed and I am not sure how to fix this without a z-offset.
