I am using AstroPrint (latest version) on my D-Bot CoreXY printer (Marlin 1.1.5). I have a large bed, 635mm x 335mm. When a print completes the z-motors are powered off and the bed drops to the bottom. I then have to re-zero and rerun auto level with the BLTouch (time consuming)…this is not what I want.
-
I have the z-motors set in firmware to not power off.
-
A print job from Simplify3D (by USB) or run from the SD card does not power off the motors and I can run another print job immediately after clearing the bed.
-
I use Simplify3D as my slicer and upload G-Code to the Astroprint.
-
My scripts in Simplify3D (start and end) do not turn off z-motors.
How can keep the motors powered when using AstroPrint?
Thank you for any help,
Erik
