Airwolf HDR Lost Camera Function After Latest Update

Hi guys

I just received a new wolfboard from Airwolf3d for a new HDR and after the latest update i think 0.72 i seem to no longer be able to access the Logitech USB camera.

Any thoughts?

It should come back after power cycling the box. This a known problem getting fixed.

Ok I will restart again.

Is this an intermittent issue or is it just on the start of a new wolfboard?

It should only happen once after a software update

Ok Restarted printer multiple times still no camera.

Ok, please open a support ticket at https://AstroPrint.zendesk.com and we’ll take care of it.

Hello email com has stopped ! Are you guys still there?

After your last request to turn on the logs feature in the new software i responded back with:

Logs Have been enabled yesterday

confirmed both web cams i have work fine.

also USB hubs seem to wok fine as well.

tried another USB cable with straight ends - same results.

spent 1.5 hours on phone with Airwolf tech last night. Re flashed RAMBo control board seems to have marginally helped but printer still freezes after pause or cancel of print and still no camera.

As of today the tinker-cad .stl files that were uploaded and sliced on Astroprint with PLA Support are having some interesting z axis issues / anomaly.

The first issue is that the files sliced approx 3:30 pm today have either printed with the bed temp at zero -no stick.

The second issue with the same file is that as a second attempt was made to print it began however the bed never raised up to the nozzle so it began to print the file about an inch from the bed… Mess.

The third issue is that when it decided to finally print with a hot bed and what seemed to be the correct z axis, the PLA support printing from nozzle #2 is printing at a lower Z coordinate / position causing the #1 nozzle tip to crash into the ABS portion of the print each time it begins the PLA support portion of the print… bigger mess.

I retried a number of prints like Airwolf stock files and Astroprint files sliced on a different day and they seem to not be plagued with these issues.

any thoughts?
