AirWolf HDR - Not able to see wifi signal

Printer: Airwolf HDR
Printer came with tablet with Astroprint installed.

First off I have been printing with no issue for a few months now. I had just finished a +50hr print and then shut down the printer for the night. Came in the next morning everything seemed fine when I fired it up. After a few hours of work decided it was time to print again and I couldn’t log into my account on the tablet. Tried logging in on the my computer username and password worked fine. Triple checked what I was typing in on the tablet and it was correct. got frustrated and shutdown the printer for the day. Came back in the morning and now no more wifi signal from the printer. so that dang monkey keeps staring at me with its sad face. Any help would be great.

It is possible that the HDR connected back onto the wifi but lost your account info. If you remember the last ip address you may be able to log into the printer software to see if you need to log back into your account.

If you happen to be on a mac if you use safari you can go to Bookmarks --> Bonjour and should see a list of the devices connected to your network. You may be able to see the Printer connected in there.

Also, check if the hotspot is on - 10.10.0.1. I have an HDR as well. I’ve had similar issues. Try going into the Android settings and searching for a wifi signal from the HDR. I also have better luck launching chrome on the tablet, then logging into astroprint from there and then launching the printer console, rather than using the default desktop icon that comes with the tablet. Hope some of this helps, good luck!

Update,

Contacted Airwolf, and it was an issue with the wolfbox. They are sending me the newest version.
