Allow time lapse even if you don't print through astroprint

I would like for the timelapse function to be available even if you start the print job from a SD card.

This would defeat the purpose of Astroprint as most of our users use Astroprint precisely because they want to avoid things like SD cards when initiating a print.

So, this is going to be highly unlikely.
