Same issue here. This has never happened before, but it makes this app unusable. Very disappointed.
This is vary upsetting because without this app I cant print anything new. I hope this problem gets fixed soon.

Yes, as you noticed, there was an overload on the slicing service this couple of days. We are working on it and it will be fixed today, we will notify when it’s done.

More than just slicing. My premium access and settings kept being lost.

The overload is already fixed, and now all the STL analysis + slicing works perfectly. All the STL that were “stuck” they are now already analysed.
So, Astroprint is working just fine now

Your case about the premium access is unrelated with the “STL analysis” topic. You proceeded correctly (you opened a ticket), and you have further explanations in there. We can continue the conversation there.
And for the other users, a clarification: The overload of the server only caused the STL analysis + slicing to be stuck for some hours, with no other known incidents. And it is now fixed, so please keep enjoying Astroprint

Disappointed that this real issue was not dealt with properly. automatic renewal subscription was in final week of this years membership and told me that it has expired. I would suggest that you have wider problems on the platform as this was still current. Attached my proof, and now removing the ability to automatically renew.
Way to go to lose paying members …
