Twice now I have loaded fairly large print jobs (approx 12 hour runs) downloaded from Thingyverse, about 3 hours into the job the printer stops, the extruded rises approx 40mm and moves to the back RH corner. The extruder and the bed temperature remain at the operating settings and the control screen locks out. Turning the machine off is the only way to reset the machine. Other jobs of 5 to 6 hours run perfectly. Is it possible that the fault lies in the downloaded stl file? I use Cura as the slicer and print from an SD card.
Hi @Chris_perrott, the best is to create a support ticket for this one, activate serial logs and send the logs to us next time it happens.
