AstroBox email not matching AstroPrint email


When I go to log into my astrobox, it prompts me to enter a password.
The email it displays is not the email I currently use on my Astroprint profile, as I have since updated emails.

The only way I can log into my astrobox is by changing my email to my old one on my astroprint account settings page.

Is there a way to change what email astroprint uses to sign into? I do not want my account tied to an email account I do not use anymore.

You will need to make sure you box is connected online, then from the monitor page in the cloud. you can “disconnect” it. This will cause your user to log out. After that you can log back in.
