Astrobox isn't appearing in my networks

Hi I ordered the astrobox last week and got it all plugged in and setup but the astrobox network never appears on my phone. Am I missing a step?

Have you set it up using Ethernet?

How did you set your AstroBox? Was it via it’s Hotspot?

Did the hotspot disappear AFTER you set it up?

When you set your AstroBox up, did you associate it with your Astroprint.com cloud account?

If so, you should be able to access it via going to your AstroPrint.com Dashboard, then going to Monitor …and then clicking on Launch Astrobox.

You should end up in this screen:

I set it up via hotspot and it never appeared. I will try using Ethernet and see if that works.
