Astrobox-nnnn is password protected

Hi I have lost my password for my raspberry-pi Astrobox login.
I can login and have reset my password on could.astropint.com and have no problems accessing the could.
I have re-imaged the raspberry-pi with the latest astrobox image
I can see from the cloud I can sync setting to my printer so I know it must be connected
Yet I cannot seem to login to the raspberry pi
I have read the forum and tried stoppingthe service ion the pi , setting the date and restarting the service
But it still does not work. In hast trying multiple reboots also has no effect

Can someone Help?

If you can see the AstroBox from the cloud, go to monitor on astroprint.com, select the astrobox and click on the “Disconnect” button on the right side of the screen.

After you have disconnected, go back to your astrobox and click on the red rocket on the top right of the screen.
