Hello, I recently bought astrobox touch for my ender 3 pro printer. Right when I plugged in the power cable to the astrobox touch it makes a quite ringing sound that dosent. I thought maybe it needed a few days for it to stop, but it hasn’t yet and it’s becoming really annoying now to hear that sound in my room 24/7
This isn’t normal at all. Where is the sound coming from ? the box or the power supply? Please open a support ticket and provide your order number so we can look into it.
