Astrobox wouldn't connect to astroprint

Hi folks,

I’ve an issue to connect my astrobox to astroprint.

few days befor I’ve made the update to 0.8(3) after these i’ve seen on the top right no more the rocked, instead of tese there is a WLAN icon with a little red x.

on astroprint my pinter (astrobox) is gone and it tells me i shouls buy an astrobox.

when i try to connect my astrobox to astroprint it says the box doesn’t have access to the internet.

after resetting the box to factorysettings it tells me on the setupscreen the same issue.

internetconnect works, but i can manage my box over the internet.

any tips what i can do now?

Are yo able to connect to your wifi network? Usually the icon you mentioned means that the platform is detecting no internet connection. After the upgrade you might have to reconnect it to your wifi network.

Hey Daniel,

Is it needed to connect via wifi? My printer is connected to cable because in these room I didn’t have wifi.

Just I’ll try but I have to look where I can find a free wifi dongle for these test.

Or can I change the settings to cable connection?

i am having this problem.
printing was fine up until now.
did you manage to resolve?

Well I managed to fix myself.
Spent all day trying to figure it out.
Come the end I just formatted my sd card and started again
