I can use the astroprint website just fine with the astrobox but the desktop program does not see any printers on the network… Any ideas what to do?
What version of the desktop software? Which computer OS?
Version 2. Windows 10.
Exactly same problem 
Are you able to see your printer in any other way? for example using the mobile app? it could be that your network blocks bonjour services.
