Astroprint touch can only be reached by IP, not by url

I am unable to reach my Astroprint Touch using the url.
I can only reach it by IP.
Can anybody help me fix that ?

It’s possible that your machine doesn’t support bonjour. Are you in a Windows machine? if so, try this: https://astroprint.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/208111256-How-to-make-local-address-work-on-Windows
