Astroprint Touch Local Socket Not Present

Trying to install Astroprint Touch on Pi 3 v1.2 and recieving the Error message:

“Unable to establish internal communications channel
Astroprint will reboot
Local socket not present”

Rebooting the system results in the same error message.

Thoughts on what is causing this?
