My printer has been off line for a few months for a move. Just went to recommission and initially the Astrobox wouldn’t connect to the printer. Checked for updates and found two so hit update. After reboot I now can’t connect to Wifi, all I get is ‘LOADING DATA’. Also, checking Settings > Sofyware > Advanced all I get is a blank grey screen and a back arrow?
How can I resolve this?
Resolved. Used the desktop app to access the web admin and did another update. All good again 
I’m having this same problem after recent update. How did you fix?
I logged in via the desktop Astroprint app, can then access the admin settings on astrobox and force an update.

Hi I just dug mine out after a long time and am having the same issue it performed 2 updates now no wifi just get loading data. So i downloaded the desktop app on my mac and connected the astroprint touch via usb but cannot see how to force an update. any ideas? Thanks
