When I upload an STL, it sends you to the slicing option where you select slicing engine/printer (using cura), select filament. Then choose advance options to tweak custom setting for cura, before generating gcode. Under skirt and brim, the brim has a default setting of 20 lines! Obviously it does not print the lines, but also changing the default to a lower number does not produce a brim.
If you select Slic3r, it works correctly. The error is only with the Cura Engine advanced settings.

I can see how it’s a little confusing… The brim settings are in the “Brim and Raft” section but also in the “Support Material” section there’s a “Platform Adhesion” dropdown that you need to change to “Brim” for those to work.
I hope this helps
Ok cool. I’ll give it a try. This thin walled, overhang print has been driving me nuts for 3 day and I won’t know if it is going to fail until about 3-4 hours in!
Typo report as well. When you delete a file locally on astrobox, the pop-up banner says “deleted form” instead of “deleted from”.
