Cannot connect astrobox to cloud

I can login to my astrobox at astrobox.local. I can login to my astroprint.com account. But when I try to loging to astro print from my local astrobox page it immediately says invalid email/password. I am 100% sure i have the email and password correct. Its like its not even trying. Any ideas?

I reset to factory defaults and went through the setup process and its now working. thanks .

This sometimes happens if you reset your AstroPrint.com cloud account password and your Astrobox doesn’t update to the (newly) changed password.

For example: If you forgot your oldpassword123 and reset it to newpassword123, and the Astrobox has no idea about the new password – it will reject your newpassword123 because it still has oldpassword123 saved locally.
