Cannot connect to Android phone

I am able to get everything up and running except I can’t log onto the astroprint using my android phone. Motox 2014. I tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers but with no luck. I am able to connect with my iPhone so I know it is working but just not my phone. Can someone help?

How about an Incognito browser window? (Menu -> Incognito)

Does that work?

Obviously it’s your phone…so let’s try to figure that out…

I have personally tried using Incognito browsing on my android but this hasn’t allowed me to log on either
