Can't acces to wifi endpoint with smartphones, only with computers

Hi,

Since a few day, I have issues to connect to my astrobox.
With a computer, it’s okay I can connect to the wifi network generated by the astrobox and control my printer.
However, on my smartphone, I can’t connect to the wifi and I can’t access to the printer.

Have you ever seen this situation?

That doesn’t make any sense.

If you can connect to the AstroBox hotspot FINE, you should have no problem connecting to it with your phone.

Can you connect to your local WiFi network (not the AstroBox hotspot) with your phone? If so, have you tried going to either http://astrobox.local OR http://10.10.0.1 ?

I do agree but it’s my situation. Friends have tried to reach the astrobox hotspot with their smartphones without no more luck than me.

In my case, there is no local wifi network other than the Astrobox hotspot (the Astrobox is not connected to the Internet)

Alright, so if NO ONE is able to connect to the AstroBox, you are likely using the wrong WiFi dongle.

This is the WiFi dongle we recommend.

If you do have the correct WiFi dongle, your best bet would be to re-flash it again with one of our latest images.
