When using the advanced slicer settings, does the custom material profiles overwrite the material setting in the advanced slicer or is it when i want my custom filament size i have to manually input it?
Thanks, Justin.

I think I understand your question. (let me know if my answer is insufficient though)
If you go into Advanced Slicer Settings and create/save custom slicer settings, these settings would overwrite the default profiles (assuming you choose your custom profile while printing).
This includes the Filament Diameter…
Does that make sense?
@dilanka:
Yes, that makes sense. I was wanting to be able to use the custom filament profiles(i.e. PLA with a diameter of 1.724 and temps at 194 and 60) in conjunction with the custom slicer settings so i can control the flow rates and speed of each filament for different printing profiles to get desired accuracy…
I hope not confusing you.
Thank you for your reply!

Sorry forgot to answer your question, Yes the advanced slicer settings are overwriting the custom filament profiles…is there a way that when I leave them blank(the grayed out numbers) it will default to the custom filament profile?
