Some time in about Jan my astrobox stopped sending me email upon print completion. I have turned the feature off and on and tried retyping my email address and now done astrobox updates still nothing. I am sure the emails are not being filtered or junk mailed. And a curious thing I also can’t change my email adrress. I can put in a new address and the box tells me the update was complete but when the page refreshes the old address is back. A bogus address is also correctly flagged so it does seem to see the changes I make but doesnt save them.

I think I have it working now…
something got confused (maybe it was me) but changing email addresses then then changing back fixed the email issue.
Not sure what happened with the password but all seems to be good now…I haven’t tried an email change again since I don’t want to break it now that I am back to printing.
