Flashforge Creator Pro doesn't see x3g files

Hi folks,

Sorry to be writing from ignorance here, but I’m trying to help my kid’s school get their Creator Pro working and have run into a frustrating problem.

I’ve added the printer and filament in Astroprint, but when I Slice it (generating an x3g file), then put that x3g file on an SD card and pop it in the printer, the printer does not see the file. Other x3g files work fine, so I know the printer is reading the SD card.

Any thoughts?

I had this problem… Try shortening the name of the file. The file names created by AstroPrint are pretty long and my FlashForge wouldn’t see them.
