G32 in start print GCode loops continually

I’m using a printer with RepRapFirmware connected to a Duet electronics board and I’m including a G32 command at the start of each print to probe the bed and calibrate the printer (it is a delta). However, I’m finding that if I include this command then the probing cycle initiated by G32 just cycles repeatedly and the print never starts.

I notice that if I run G32 from a console, when it completes it answers the following message:
Calibrated 6 factors using 10 points, deviation before 0.400 after 0.126

Could this be confusing AstroPrint?

Firmware is:
FIRMWARE_NAME:RepRapFirmware FIRMWARE_VERSION:1.09b-dc42-t3p3-axis-switch ELECTRONICS:Duet (+ Extension) DATE:2015-06-22

Any ideas?

It’s possible. We’re expecting an ‘ok’ in the response. Is there one before that sentence?
