When I upload a Gcode file are the Z heights from my slicer used or from my printer profile in Astrobox???

Like if I slice in S3D and send it to Astrobox would the stating code be from S3D or Astrobox?
@Anthony when you upload GCode to the box, we send it to the printer as is. Nothing is changed or added
