how do i downgrade?

Reflash previous image file would be the easiest way I’d think.

where can old images be downloaded from?

@calvin_streeting There’s no reason your camera should not work with 0.9(2) if it did with 0.9(1), could you send us logs using the advanced settings section?

ok thanks… sent

I cleared logs restarted, and clicked rescan for cameras

Your logs show no indication that the rescan button was ever pushed but also I can see that you’re not logged in with an astroprint account. While we intent for the box to work without an astroprint account, this might be a error that we haven’t caught in this situation.

Could you enter your account into the box and retry to see that might work?

thats odd… as clicked button 3 times. (sent another log after trying again 3 more times)… to be honest it dosen’t look like it dose much…i will reformat sd card and reload image…

ok blank sd card fresh download and installed… loged in with account and rescan button clicked many times… and log sent

many thanks

and to check i watched in chrome support tools
http://192.168.0.18/api/camera/refresh-plugged returned {“isCameraPlugged”: false}

but on ssh to test pi can see it
pi@astrobox:~ $ v4l2-ctl -D

I looked at the log. The system is not even recognizing the camera is plugged in. Is there anything at /dev/video0?

does your camera work with any other linux software? Is it possible that the camera died?

Well I can capture a jpg using v4l2 … so I assume working ok… will check if on dev/video I think I saw that under lsmod… but will double check…

v4l2-ctl -d /dev/video0 --stream-mmap=3 --stream-count=1 --stream-to=somefile2.jpg

gives me a jpg… mmmmm what other checks is it running?

Ok… so as camera was very old. It failed to meet min reqrements, and thus is connected failed… so bought a
New logitec c270 which works fine. . Many thanks for your efforts in support. … back to printing…
