LXDE and Firefox - GUI not displaying correctly

Hi,

I installed Astrobox on my Pi 3.
However I want to use my Pi with a 7 inch screen and I need to display the Astroprint web interface through the browser
In that respect I installed LXDE. Everything it is fine with the LXDE part but the Firefox GUI looks mangled, not displayed correctly.
I wonder why it does this? Any idea how this could be solved?

I used chromium instead of firefox and it displays properly. I know that does not help the firefox issue, but an option.

Yes, I did install Chrome and it is fine.
