Can you explain the ‘new 10.8 feature’ about remote computers connecting to astrobox?
What does this do? I always remote connect using port mapping (but can’t do it from the cloud)
so I don’t see what has changed? I can also connect via API key and slicer remotely but this too
has always worked…maybe this is totally different?

This adds an API that would allow connecting to the printer via mobile apps or astroprint.com. Connecting in this context means establishing the serial connection. In the past you could only attempt to connect from the AstroBox Web UI but if your printed disconnected and you weren’t in the same network, you couldn’t tell it to reconnect.
A new push is needed on astoprint.com to enable the connect button. I’ll do that today.
