No Remote Connections - Print failed 90% through

Started a print yesterday. It was working fine. Monitored it on Astroprint before I went to bed.

Woke up and the printer had stopped 90% of the way through and whenever I try to reboot the Raspberry Pi, my router, or my printer, I keep getting the same “No Remote Connections” pages in the AstroPrint dashboard when I click monitor.

Any idea how to fix this?

Can you ssh into the box? if so, take a look at the logs: https://astroprint.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204849025

So the Astrobox works fine when connecting directly to the wifi network it creates, but it is not connecting to my home wireless network.

Is this a raspberry pi 3 using its internal wifi?

Yes. Pi 3. Internal wifi. It’s not connecting to my home wireless network, I don’t think, but I can access it over the wireless network it creates.

How do I go about getting the logs?

Check the wifi channel that your router is using to emit your wifi signal and make sure your wifi chip on the pi is configured to listen on that channel.

Use ‘raspicam-config’ to set your country and other wifi settings
