It would be nice to be able to record notes for each print file. This way we can summarize slicer settings or make comments about the output quality.

This is a great idea and we’ll add it to our roadmap.
I also wanted to let you know that you can always click on the profile link to see the settings that were used for any print file.
It’s right on top of the print file info when you expand it. To the right of the printer and material links
Yea I use that, but sometimes I don’t know what I’ve changed and have to compare it to another file.
