My previous trouble spot was getting my astrobox to send emails…however now after trying to reset my email address several times, I can no longer log into the astroprint web site (although the forum log in works)
And more strange if I try to have the site sent me a password reset it tells me my email address is not valid…which it is
pretty standard xxxxxxx@xxxx.com format no strange symbols etc. and it used to work fine.
Not sure what I have done to mess things up like this.
Update:
strange as it may seem my email address and thus my access at Astroprint.com has actually
changed to what I was trying to set my astrobox print complete address to, even though it continues
to show the old email address on the web page…something seems to have gotten out of sync somewhere. I am awaiting a print completion to see if I get the proper notification at the new email address…it would appear now that forum posts are being emailed to the new address as well.
My hope is I will get the proper notification and I can then change things back to the original email address and I everything will work and I will be able to go back to using that address for notification, forum and astroprint.com in general and that address will also be the one displayed and useable for password resets.
