PC to Astrobox connection

Hypothetical situation: Turn on Pc, astrobox, and 3d printer. Start printing something, then proceed to put the Pc in either sleep mode or shutdown completely with no “blank.local/#printing” page open.

Question: Will the 3d printer and astrobox continue to keep printing the item until you open up another cloud page and input a command for the astrobox? If this is plausible would it have a adverse effect on your astrobox?

Yes! it would continue to print even if the box loses internet connection.

Basically once a print starts, the GCode is local on the box and it’s streaming from the box to the printer. The only thing that will stop it, is the USB cable between the printer and the AstroBox being unplugged.
