Hi everyone, Im new to Astroprint, and I kept getting error when i try to print via internet. when i slice the model and click on print now, it shows my printer but says not ready. in the monitor option, i see my printer display online and not ready. what is this not ready means ? how can i make it ready ?
You want to make sure your printer is communicating with your AstroBox without any problems.
First, can you check if all the icons on the top right corner of your AstroBox is GREEN? It should look like this:
These three indicators will show that your astrobox is properly connected to your cloud account AND your printer.
If you are not sure on how to access your AstroBox, try going to http://10.10.0.1 WHILE connected to the same WiFi network as your AstroBox. If that doesn’t work, you can also try http://astrobox.local.
Also, just to be sure, make sure all of your USB cables are nice and snug (especially between the printer and the Astrobox). You can also try rebooting your printer and AstroBox as well.
