Prints a few times and then "No Remote Connections"

So, it’ll work fine for a little while and then it suddenly say it can’t find a remote printer. I go to monitor page and it gives me the “No Remote Connections” page.

I log in to astroprint locally and test the connection and says it’s working and it sees the printer just fine. But still won’t connect via astorprint.com. The only way I’ve found to resolve the issue is to reboot the astrobox, which means physically unplugging the thing.

Which is fine every once in awhile, I suppose, but it’s getting old quickly after my fifth or so time doing this in the last week.

Please enter a support request at https://astroprint.zendesk.com and indicate platform (rpi, pcduino) + software version that can be seen in the settings app under software.

I had the same problem this week when I tried to use my printer. One minute everything looked fine, then try to send a print but then it says no printers connected. After half an hour of messing about I rebooted the Astrobox and everything worked fine. I wish I had done that earlier!

Rammy: rebooting used to work for me… but then it stopped work… now NOTHING works.

Okay. It’s now December and still no resolution to this problem! I’ve tried everything. Rebooting… reinstalling… What is going on? Am I ever going to be able to print with my astrobox again? I would just forget about it and go to a different solution, but I’m half way through a HUGE multi part print job when this happened back in October, so I’d rather not have to reprint all that again (because of astroprint’s known ~%5 size difference).

If I wouldn’t have gotten busy with work and had to be out of town for several weeks, I would have been more on this and either have a solution or moved on to a different print solution… but for now I’m back… and I’m STILL having the same problem even after I recently updated the software to the latest version today.

WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE HOW WHY I CAN’T PRINT?!?

So, I finally got it to work. What I had to do was completely wipe my old astrobox image and start from scratch. Now it’s working and astroprint.com is connecting to my printer.
