Raspberry Pi 3 - is Astroprint now using Jessie?

I need the Pi 2 that currently drives Astroprint for use in a PiDP-8 build so have ordered a Pi 3 to replace it. I’m running my Astroprint setup with the 7" Touchscreen so hoping the web browser will perform a little faster.

Is the latest Astrorpint build now using Jessie?

The current 0.8 release family is built on Wheezy and the next 0.9 will be Jessie based.

Also, we are in the process of testing compatibility etc for the RPi 3

Awesome, thanks, will hold off on this until 0.9 then, As I understand it, the RPi 3 requires Jessie as the base distribution?
