Raspberry Pi 3 "No printers online" and won't stay on wifi

okay so I have two problems…

First of all I just setup the raspberry pi 3 with the astrobox file and most seems to be working well. It is up to date on the software. I can control it over the WiFi with it connected to the internet via Ethernet and my computer over the WiFi. I can move all axis except for the extruder. When I try to print something I get the “You have no printers online. Make sure your AstroBox is connected to your AstroPrint Cloud Account.” My printer is obviously connected to the internet and logged into my account cause i can control the printer over the IP address. When I upload a file and try to print the website gives me that error message. I have looked up things like how the account password might not be the same and how rebooting the system will fix it but none of that has worked. Also the rocket on the top right of the printer access screen is red.

My second problem is the WiFi
I heard that with the Pi 3 you still need a dongle cause the hotspot and da da da. <— you already know. So I heard instead of that you can just do the Ethernet connection and go to the IP address to access the printer dashboard and setup the WiFi and then disconnect the Ethernet cable and its done. Wrong. I tried that and it is not working,

So basically I can get the printer to show up on the cloud and I cant get it to stay on WiFi without the Ethernet connection. Please help!

@Jay_Horta, send us your logs via the advanced settings option on your astrobox UI to see if we get some clues as to what might be going on.
