I was monitoring a print when the camera, a Logitech C270, stopped working on a 10(4) image. The warning screen came up and suggested I reload the page and if that didn’t work, to reboot. No warning was given that rebooting the box would reset my printer and it would cause my print to fail. I think users need to be told that rebooting the Astrobox will kill the print and should only be done after the print is complete. I didn’t use the Astrobox to load my print job. It was loaded via Micro SD. Is it normal for a printer to reboot if the Astroprint box is reloaded? I have an Anet A6 Chinese special. Is that the product of their proprietary firmware?
Some printers would reset upon detecting a new connection attempt via the USB port. However if the printer decides to stop a print that’s being conducted from the internal SD card because the astrobox reconnected on the USB port, its hardly the astrobox’s fault.
Having said that we can add a notice the reboot confirmation dialog.
