Safari Mobile Bug [SOLVED]

Just a heads up. If I even so much as breath on the Nozzle temp bar the temp will jump to max temp in Safari on iOS 8.4. I am completely unable to change it back. The edit tab to type in desired temp will not respond. Also the settings page is unresponsive in safari as well.

I noticed the same issue in Safari 10.10.4, what about you??

The settings page bug is known but easily worked around. Turn the phone to landscape mode. Regarding the temp bar, a fixed was already issued for that a while back. Which version of the AstroBox software are you running?

Okay I will try that thanks. Latest and greatest. 8.0. I checked for an update last night. Is this the newest?

Also, is this during printing? I just tested the control screen on an iPhone and it works as expected

Yes during printing. I don’t dare touch it right now i’m in the middle of an important print. I will try rotating and testing when I can. Also I am going to try it on the Chrome app instead of Safari.

The other thing i am having a problem with is the settings page on my phone. I cannot access any of the settings.

For the settings, that’s where rotating it works.

And the control panel?

the control panel should work fine. I just tried it.

Sounds good. Thanks a lot.

@John_Hadlock Thanks for reporting this. The problem was both in the astroprint.com interface as well as in the printing screen on the AstroBox software.

We have found a fix. For astroprint.com it will be deployed later today and for the AstroBox, it will be part of the upcoming 0.8(1) maintenance release coming out next week.
