[SOLVED] Can not delete files from file manager

I use to be able to keep the file manager in astrobox cleaned out. Now after deleting a file, it remains. List is getting quite long. How can I delete these files.

Forgot to mention that my cloud folder is completely empty. I do not see these files there.
