I’m trying to create my own AstroBox with a RPi 3 but I’ve downloaded the .img file fro Astroprint about 10 times now, in multiple computers, but every time I check the MD5 Checksum it never matches the on on the downloads page. Could someone please provide some insight?

The checksum should be performed on the original ZIP file, NOT the IMG 
If you are already doing that and your post was a typo, you are likely getting an incomplete file due to network interruptions on YOUR end…
While there is a 1-2% chance that @Daniel forgot to update the MD5 checksum on the latest release, it is very unlikely.
Got it, thanks. They do match and I used dd on terminal to flash the card.
Could you please tell me if the file structure on the attached image looks right to you?
The reason I’m asking is because earlier today I tried it with another card and it didn’t work and the card was rendered unusable.
The card was renamed to boot and the image shows what’s on the root folder.
