[SOLVED] Printers disappeared from Astroprint

I have 3 printers that I have had hard-wired (not wirelessly due to poor wireless in our school), They are each going to their own Rpi 3 with its own IP address. Everything was disconnected from the wall over Winter Break (approximately 3 weeks). Now, when I logged in to start printing again, my printers, although they are plugged in the same as previously, have disappeared from Astroprint when I go to launch them. Everything is connected the same as previously. I have added the 2 printrbots to printer profiles today, but I do not see a way to enter the IP address to look for them. I also have a Craftbot, which is not available on the profile. I don’t try to slice files for it through Astroprint. Normally, I just upload the gcode for all of my files. Do I have to go back through the whole set up again, or how do I get my printers added back? FYI–I was planning to demonstrate how I use this at a conference this Friday. I need help ASAP!

@Katherine_Brooks, it’s possible that the printers were disconnected from our cloud due to connection loss. They boxes will keep trying to reconnect for about 1 day at different intervals but will permanently give up after that.

To solve this, you need to go into the same network the boxes are located, access the AstroBox Web UI by going to http://[ip address] or http://[box name].local Then click on the red rocket icon on the top right portion of the screen.

This will trigger another sequence of reconnect. Let us know if it works

Daniel, Your answer led me to figuring out it was a LAN issue. Once that was resolved, I connected back without problems.
