Hey all
I just got my device and am trying to sign in to the account I created online from the device and it will not let me login. I try using my google username and password (I setup my online account using google) I also tried resetting the password but nothing will let me connect my AstroBox to my Astroprint account
@Scott_Berbrich we never get to know your google account password. When you create the account this way you must also create your own password with us so that you can log into the mobile app and the AstroBox.
Simply go to settings at https://cloud.astroprint.com/settings and create a password there. Use that password to log into your controller
