[SOLVED] Update stuck at 0%

keeps telling me there is an update available however when i click it to install it just sits at 0% i have left it overnight still the same , tried wired connection instead of WiFi still fails to move from 0%

i have enabled ssh and tried sudo apt update. rebooted and tried again still sits at 0%
is there anything else i can try

figured it out when i tried to update from the pi it wouldn’t work and just stuck at 0% , however when i did it from PC using IP localhost access it just started no problem at all
