STL files analyzing for hours

My STL files started taking hours to analyze. I’ve been using astroprint for over a week, this has never happened before. I timed it, and it took 5 hours to analyze 2 small STL files. Yesterday night, I uploaded another file and it only took a few minutes (still strange because it used to do it in seconds). I thought it was fixed last night, but about 20 minutes ago I did another STL and it is still analyzing. What is going on? This is ridiculous. I saw another post from June saying the same thing.

Same happening to me. It keeps analyzing forever. I tried to upload different stl files to be sure it wasn’t a fault in the design. I think the server is overloaded or something.

Yes - I am same. Nearly 18 hours and still analyzing. Slicer also not working.
Looks like a sitewide failure?

I’m having same issue

Hello! Astroprint Team here.

Yes, as you noticed, there was an overload on the slicing service this couple of days. We are working on it and it will be fixed today, we will notify when it’s done.

Thanks for the patience,

Astroprint Team

Hello!

The overload is already fixed, and now all the STL analysis + slicing works perfectly. All the STL that were “stuck” they are now already analysed.

So, Astroprint is working just fine now

Thank you all for your patience,
