Hi, I have a problem with my astrobox touch kit, when I try to view the video of the camera via ip connection everything is fine, but when I try to view the video via the app it does not work, but the ability to take photos works

It could also be that your mobile device doesn’t support H.264 video encoding ( some android models have this issue ). You can change the encoding to VP8 in the astrobox camera settings.
