When I am sending a file to the astrobox to print it keeps staying at 2%. this happens anytime I try to use custom slicer settings. I am having to slowdown my speeds from the 50-60 mm/s that it is currently traveling at to the 20-30 that my creatr likes.

This is likely a (astrobox network connectivity related) bug that we have yet to track down… (I have run into it many times myself).
The best thing to do is cancel it and re-attempt the print. That almost always works for me

Perhaps reboot everything?
I had the same problem. Unfortunately, I changed two things at the same time (adjusted the time of the Pi and linked my box to my astroprintaccount) so I’m not sure what was the solution.Anyway, one of these steps seemed to be the solution for the uploadproblem
