Hello, I am aware this is a known problem to many with the Astrobox: they can take still photos but not stream video. In my case I get the error: Unable to start WebRTC. As I’ve seen, this might be caused by my network that does not allow this process to trigger. However I have not found any information on how and what parameters to change in my network so that I can enable RTC.
- I am using a Creative Live! Cam HD, which is a supported camera for Astrobox.
- Using Firefox to the latest version in Windows 10
