This is so god damn annoying, anytime I try to change one single damn thing, NO SUPPORTS. THEY ONLY GENERATE ON THE BASIC SETTINGS WITH NOTHING ELSE CHANGED.
I LITERALLY CREATED NEW SETTINGS UNDER PRINT QUALITY, SUPPORTS ENABLED, EVERY SUPPORT CHECK BOX CHECKED OFF AND IT STILL FAILS TO LOAD THE SUPPORTS. WHAT IS GOING ON.
I’ve run into the same problem almost any time I change the angle of the print the supports will start and then just stop never making contact with the actual print
I have the same problem but I have organic supports working!

The issues you report (supports sometimes not generating) are being solved, and we expect to publish the solution next week. It will be the version 10.0.1 of Astroprint (you can see it in the footer).
